The Franklin County Early Childhood Programs (FCECP) serves young children (birth to school age) and their families in Northwest Vermont. We provide home visiting, early childhood special education services, bookmobile services and a free 10 hour a week preschool experience for residents of Fairfield, Franklin, Highgate, St Albans City and Town, Sheldon and Swanton. We also provide playgroups, tumble times, story times and other parent child activities through Success by Six.
